When do you recommend patients to start exercising more vigorously than walking? I know each patient is different, but a general recommendation?

Hi Dr. Sandor,
Agree with you and like to say exercises not only help in losing unwanted body weightbut also strengthen our immunity system and prevent us from major health problems like hypertension, obesity, stroke, heart disease, diabetes and some cancers. So we must engage in daily exercise plan.
