Almond milk shakes

I've been experimenting with shakes recently, and thought I'd share these ones. You can tweak them to fit into your taste preferences, so keep that in mind. ;)

Mock Orange Julius

1 scoop of Orange-flavored Bariatric Fusion protein powder
1 c. Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
1/3 c. diced mango
1 c. Ice

Put everything in the blender, and blend until smooth--approximately 30 seconds. Enjoy!

Bananas Foster Shake

1 scoop French Vanilla Bariatric Fusion Protein Powder
1 c. Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
1/2 banana (approximately 3 1/2-4" of a banana)
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 pumps of DaVinci's Sugar-Free Irish Creme syrup

Put everything into a blender, and blend for approximately 30 seconds--until everything is well-incorporated. Enjoy!

P.S. I have made these with Lactaid milk as well, so they will be fine with dairy.

I drink milk shake daily in the morning before doing workout. This Almond milk shake recipe is really great and healthy. Its method is really good. Thanks for this wonderful recipe.
