How I lose weight

I lost 37 lbs with regular exercises and balanced diet meal plan this year and these days exercising to maintain my body weight. Those who wants to lose weight must prefer raw food over processed food, increase water intake and break meals in small frequent meals. Do not eat late, control stress and have proper sleep.

Drink green tea
Avoid calories in a glass
Lose the salt
Adding little spice in your daily diet help to burn the fat
Eat Protein, Fat and Vegetables
Get some sleep
Go for an evening walk
Add 20 minutes of exercise per day
These are some tips which will help you to loose weight without doing any heavy exercises.
